Join us and learn about Dask, what it can do, and how it’s used. The 2021 Dask Distributed Summit will provide content and information for attendees of all levels of Dask familiarity and expertise. On the first day, we’ll host a wealth of tutorials to help attendees learn innovative practices, build their skill sets, and grow as professionals. On the second and third days, attendees can learn more about Dask usage across industries and fields, new developments in the project, and best practices for scaling Python analytics.
For everyone attending without the sponsorship of an employer, tickets for the Dask Summit are sold under a pay-what-you-can pricing model. However, we ask you to please consider the following donation amounts based on your country of residence () and background.

The corporate ticket rate for your country of residence () is the following. This rate must be paid by corporations and individuals getting reimbursed by their employer.
Please purchase a ticket by inputting this amount in the 'General Admission' ticket type. Any payment under this rate by a corporation or reimbursee will be considered a ticket-less donation.
Revenue from the event will go to Dask and NumFOCUS, a nonprofit organization that supports open source scientific computer programming. NumFOCUS currently sponsors 42 Open Source Projects, including Dask, and organizes community-driven educational programs for users and developers of open source scientific tools.
While the 2021 Dask Distributed Summit has no costs for venue or catering, there are still costs associated with bringing the event online. We also need to continue paying fixed costs to keep NumFOCUS healthy so we can keep Dask alive, as well as continue supporting the open source community.
For this reason, we have chosen to sell tickets with a pay-what-you-can pricing model. We appreciate your support for us during this time so that we can keep supporting you in the future.
